1. Services Provided

Percorso Records and Translations (“the Company”) provides written translation services only between the specific languages listed on the official website.

No translation services are offered for languages outside those explicitly listed. Any request for unsupported language pairs will be declined.

The Company does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, interpretation services, or official certification unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Scope of Work

The Company agrees to translate documents provided by the client within the supported language pairs listed on the website.

Translations are provided with reasonable linguistic accuracy and fidelity to the source text.

Formatting may be preserved where reasonably possible but is not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed prior to commencement.

3. Authenticity of Documents

The Company does not verify, authenticate, or validate the legality, truthfulness, or official status of any document submitted by the client.

All responsibility for the content, accuracy, and legitimacy of source documents remains solely with the client.

4. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring that:

All submitted documents are complete, accurate, and legible
Names, dates, and key details are correct in the source material
All required instructions are clearly provided before payment

The Company is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect source documents.

5. Payment Terms

Percurso Records and Translations requires 100% payment in advance for all services.

Full payment must be received before any work begins
Work is scheduled only after payment confirmation
No files will be delivered until full payment has been received
All pricing is confirmed prior to payment

6. Turnaround Times (Expedited Services)

Turnaround times are based on the moment payment is confirmed.

Standard expedited delivery times are:

1 to 6 pages: Same day or within 12 hours
6 to 20 pages: Within 24 hours
Over 20 pages: Requires a personalized quote

However, Percurso Records and Translations will review each request before payment is made and will confirm whether the requested turnaround time is feasible based on workload, document complexity, and availability.

If the requested timeframe cannot be guaranteed, the client will be informed prior to payment, and no transaction will proceed unless both parties agree to the revised timeline.

All delivery times are estimates unless explicitly confirmed in writing after payment.

7. Late Delivery Compensation (Expedited Orders Only)

This clause applies only to expedited services where a delivery timeframe has been confirmed after payment.

If the Company fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe:

The client is eligible for a 50% refund of the service fee for the affected order

This applies only when:

The delay is attributable to the Company
The client has provided complete and correct documents at the time of payment

No compensation applies in cases of:

Incomplete or incorrect source documents
Client-requested changes after payment
Force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control

8. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of translation services:

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
No refunds are issued for completed or delivered translations
Except where explicitly stated in the Late Delivery Compensation clause

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment and documents, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
